How to Edit My Subscription

Step 1

Open the menu on the website.

Step 2

Navigate to the My Account page.

Step 3

Log in using your email address and password.

Step 4

Once logged in, go to My Subscriptions.

Step 5

Scroll down and click “Edit Subscription.”

Step 6

Adjust your subscription as needed (flavours or quantities).

Step 7

Scroll down and click “Switch Subscription.”

Step 8

Use the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page

Step 9

You will see your delivery and billing details.
Scroll down until you see one of the following options:

“Sign Up Now” (if paying by card)
“Pay with PayPal” (if paying with a PayPal account)

Before completing the process, make sure to check the box confirming that you have read and agree to the website terms and conditions.

Then click “Sign Up Now” or “Pay with PayPal”, depending on your chosen payment method.

Important

You will not be charged when changing flavours.
A charge will only occur if the total number of boxes in your subscription changes.

After completing the process, you should receive a confirmation that your subscription has been successfully updated.
